Challenge #5

Well, it's high time to tell you about my next social challenge.

I didn't think that it would be that hard to made this task. You know, I'm fond of poetry, that's why one of my social challenges says "Learn a piece of poetry and present it in a crowded place."

I thought it would be easier, but I did it!!

In November I was at my hometown and there we have a cool place where people read poems aloud. My friend and I went to this place.

I was afraid to be awkward in front of the auditory, because sometimes our local authors could come to this place. I chose one of my favorite poems. It's written by Vladimir Nabokov. 

О чем я думаю? О падающих звездах... Гляди, вон там одна, беззвучная, как дух, алмазною стезей прорезывает воздух, и вот уж путь ее — потух... Не спрашивай меня, куда звезда скатилась. О, я тебя молю, безмолвствуй, не дыши! Я чувствую — она лучисто раздробилась на глубине моей души.

I was nervous, but everything was fine. People were kind and I heard loud applause in the end of my short and clumsy performance. I'm happy that I made it, because it is great to be heard in such way when you share something that you really like. It was great experience.
