SETTING OUT CLEAR, MEASURABLE OBJECTIVES
I watched these great performances and found possible objectives of each speech.
1. Ken Robinson "Bring on the learning revolution!"
The possible objectives:
+ change standardized school to personalized learning cschool
+ create an environment for schoolchildren where their talents can be fully realized
2. Zifang Su "Turn around"
+ her story which motivates to turn around and look at your fear's eyes
+ kids are very sensitive, we should pay attention to our words we say to them
3. Matthew McConaughey winning Best Actors
+ the importance of being thankful to someone
+ things for which you can be thankful
You got the idea right, but see some of your statements look more like ideas rather than objectives. The key here is to reformulate them starting with an infinitive, i.e. "to introduce possible steps towards revolution in education", "to thank his family and friends", etc.
